Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beefurb account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging including all accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
